Vegan Meatloaf and Bean Stew

Ingredients

 

1 can chickpeas 

2 tbsp peeled hemp seeds 

2 tbsp sunflower seeds 

1 tbsp chia seeds

1-2 tbsp linseeds

100 ml soy milk

salt, pepper and herbs as desired

1-2 garlic cloves

100 gr SKYMEAT

 

 

Here's how you do it:

 

Place all ingredients, except the SKYMEAT flour, in a blender and puree finely. 

Put into a bowl and mix in the SKYMEAT. The mass should be quite doughy, like a light, airy bread dough. Add more SKYMEAT or liquid as needed, then add spices and herbs according to taste. Cover and place the dough in the fridge overnight. This will render it firmer.

 

The next day it is ready to be prepared: cut in into cubes ...

 

... and briefly cook it with a spicy tomato sauce with onions and white and red beans. 

 

Pour the sauce on spelt pasta and sprinkle it with Lemon Nussmesan and chives.
