Ingredients and preparation

 

100 g SKYMEAT Basic

90 g water

50 g pumpkin peeled raw and grated with a rough grater (the kind used to make rösti)

 

1. Mix the SKYMEAT, water, and pumpkin and knead thoroughly

2. Divide in four equal parts and press them to form thin schnitzels

 

100 g wheat flour 

220 g water

1 tsp mustard

salt, pepper, lemon juice

 

3. Stir together the flour, water and mustard to get a smooth consistency

4. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice according to taste

 

60 g cornflakes

50 g bread crumbs

 

5. Mix the cornflakes and bread crumbs together

6. Cover the schnitzel with the flour mixture, then with the bread mixture

7. Put some oil into a pan and fry the schnitzels golden brown on each side
