Sky Burger

Ingredients:

 

250 g SKYMEAT Basic

50 g  vegetable such as carrots, sellery or leek cut into small cubes

20 g  onions cut into small cubes

5 g  pressed garlic

10 g  chopped parsley

40 g  red bell peppers cut into tiny cubes 

50 g  mushrooms cut into tiny cubes 

salt & pepper

190 g  water

 

Here’s how you do it:

Mix the vegetables, mushrooms, onions, garlic, parsley, and bell peppers with the dry SKYMEAT

Add salt and pepper

Add water and knead throughly

Shape the mass to look like a sausage

Slice into burger size pieces

Put oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until they are golden brown
